MY CAR WON'T START, PLEASE HELP!!!

I just finished installing my new Accufab upper intake plenum/throttlebody combo on my 2000 GT and now my car wont even crank. before the installation i disconnected the negative on the battery and when i try to start it my theft light flashes. i have the factory anti-theft alarm, could somebody please please help i'm desperate to get it started before i have to go to work. and advice is greatly appreciated. I already tryed disconnecting the negative on the battery for 20 min. and that still didnt work.

recheck your batery connections and disarm your car
if your car is armed....it wont start.

Make sure the battery connections are secure and that the battery is not dead. It would atleast crank if it were getting enough juice. Our theft sytems only disable the fuel pump, unless you have an aftermarket alarm them make sure its off or its starter disable will be engaged.
