My engine bay is Done!!!

Well... pretty much. all i got to do now is throw in the tidbits like wiring harness and motor lol. all the accessories. and im off to the road.

i started by pulling the motor like back in febuary and i am not getting ready for the new 351 to be droped in. i cant wait im so excited. i took a really long time lol. but i think it was worth it. on average how long did it take you guys to redo your engine bays. working like i did on the weekends and some weekdays.

Hey man, that looks really really good.

However,

next time, you might want to have the welding done before any priming

You may want to tape off a lil more of your engine before you paint it

and I would get rid of that paint in your TCC. Its only going to flake off and get your chain really nasty

It looks good. After 4 years mine really needs to be done again.

Looks like you need to add a couple of more coats of paint. Did you paint this with spray cans or with a paint gun? I think a couple of more coats and it will look awesome.

Nice. It took about 2-3 months of weekends for me. Mostly saturdays since nascar kills sundays & Im slow.

so i guess im not alone in my slowness lol. i put another coat of paint on yesterday and its dry so i went ahead and throught the firewall to headlamp harness in and ran it through the dash. now if i can only find those pics i took of the route.
