My headers wont fit

That sand idea is so old school.... and you know what ? It works ! The sand taking up the air space in side the tubing doesn't allow the pipe to collapse when you bend it. Some people do this with brake/fuel hard line to make sure they don't kink the line when bending an extreme angle.
