My new '91 Notch.

Here are a few pics and a list of mods for the Notch I bought a few days ago. I have been looking for a clean 5 speed Notch for quite awhile and had a few bought out from under me or that were too far away to justify just going to look at. I got lucky and this one popped up here locally with 77k original miles. It is in great shape but needs a few things which makes it a good project. The tranny has a small leak, she needs a fan and fan shroud, and the battery needs to be put back under the hood due to the previous owners attempt at relocating it. I am also gonna do a complete tune up. I plan on taking care of the little hiccups then adding some nice mods of my own. I don't know exactly what my final goal will be but ya never know! It also needs a new driver side window due to me having to smash it by locking the keys in the car with it running and she was starting to overheat.

FRPP 3.73 rear end gears
31 spline axles
Maximum Motorsports full length subframe connectors
Caster camber plates or if I get real crazy coil overs
Pro 5.0 Short shifter
5 lug 4 disc conversion so I can run my 17x9 10th Avnniversary wheels with some good rubber and better stopping power.

Mild cam
Heads
Upper and lower intake
Thorttle body spacer
65mm Throttle body
Possibly some Nitrous

Very very clean Notch!!! I think I saw u post it on SVTP? Anyway, that thing is cherry & has a few nice mods already.... Great find White with black trim is the best color combo IMO, but Im biased of course

I also thought my 91 had 72k original miles judging by its condition, but when I ran the carfax, I found out it was actually 172k miles.... Oh well,its still a clean unmolested Notch which is extremely hard to find these days....

Thanks man, yeah I remember seeing you on SVTP. According to the carfax on this car I am the 3rd owner other than dealers and the mileage matches up which I am extremely happy about. I just hope to get her in good running shape and I don't want to have to break anything else before I start improving the car.

It's an Eibach pro-kit, I think it's like 1.5 and 1.25?
