Nice, I would like to get a 93 LX convertable for a toy. One thing that would look good on that would be the tail lights from the 79-82 (more of a muscle car look). I think ford should have stuck with those tail lights untill 93 but oh well.

Thanks guys... Im almost ready to swap in a T5 in the next few weeks. I got most of the conversion, just need to buy a T5 rebuild kit for the blown T5 I got for free, & Im picking up a brand new King Cobra clutch from my buddy for $170. The only parts I still need are the driveshaft & an MM firewall adj. & quadrant.... I cant wait because this AOD SUCKS!!!

I found the same year, model, color with auto for my mom a few years back. It had 41,000 miles on it and was able to get it for $4,200.

That red interior is MINT. I would keep it just like that....just tint the windows
