My Stang in Mustang's Unlimited Ads!!!!

My car has been in the Hemmings Musclecar mag. The last two issues have had my car pictured in the AD for Mustang's Unlimited near the back of the mag. I have a subscription to it and couldn't believe when I saw the Ad. The pic was taken at a Mustang's Unlimited show in Atl about 2 years ago I think. It's a white 65 2+2 w/ TTII"s. Just thought I share that...I just found out they run this same ad in Multiple mags and one buddy said he saw it already in some other mag.

That sounds fair to me, Lord knows I've spent some money w/ them over the years..Ahh I don't care, it's a thrill just to see something you worked on and own in print Maybe I could sqeeze a free sticker from them lol...

My car was used in the Califonia Mustang catalog on at least 5 pages WITHOUT my permission a couple of years ago.They tried to tell me it wasnt my car.We settled out of court for $$$$ amount.

Yeah, that always cracks me up. If you going to tell someone it snot theres, at least pick out a car that DOESN'T stick out like a sore thumb everywhere it goes.

funny you say that.I have seen a few 67' in magazines from the mid west, but no 65's

I was at a Costco Warehouse store a few years back, I came across a Mustang book there. I automatically went to the 65-66 section. I open up to one of the first pages of the section and I'm looking at a 1966 Ivy Green Fastback that looks just like my Dad's. I see the WA plate "66kcode" and realized it was his. Picture was taken at the International Mustang Show in Missoula MT.

I bought it for his birthday, bookmarked the page and he was like that looks like mine. I told him that it was his and he just repeated himself. Finally I told him to look at the license plate. He went crazy. Quite cool to see the car that we spent so much time working on make a BOOK!! Since then, I've seen it in a couple of other books.
