Also would it matter that i put a A9p in my car instead of a 5 speed computer AL9? Is there any real disadvantage to having the auto computer in a 5 speed? Could this cause any other problems?

I don't think the computer has anything to do with it (Mine is a factory 5 speed and has the same issues)
You can try your other IAC, I don't know that it will change anything though. But if it's laying around than you can at least try it.
