My timing is out of whack

My car started acting up the other day and heres whats going on. It starts and idles fine when its a cold start, but then when it gets warm after some driving, the idle changes to 1100rpm. I reflashed it with the stock tune and unhooked the battery for a while to try and reset the EEC. It was still doing the same thing, so I did some datalogging with the Predator and found that the timing at idle is 25-30degrees advanced. When it first starts up timing is around 10, but it climbs as the car gets warmer. When I am just cruising the Predator shows about 35-42 with spikes all the way up to 50deg advanced. The timing goes down to where it should be when I give at least 10% throttle and is fine all the way up to WOT. If you push the clutch in, the RPM's will hang for probably 3-4s before they start to fall. I cleaned the MAF, IAC and reset the TPS. I checked for vaccum leaks and I came up with nothing. I just wanted to see if anybody had any ideas before I dropped it off to the dealer. I am under 3/36, but I've never been to the dealer and I didnt know if they were going to give me a hard time about no cats/shifter/ect.

Can't help you with your problem, as I'm not that experienced with tuners.. but I've taken my '04 to the dealer several times for crap, with my o/r h pipe and MGW shifter and never had an issue with it. They can't void your warranty, etc.. but if there's a way for them to see that you've used a tuner on it, chances are they won't touch that part of it.
