I have a set of ET streets on there own wheels I swap out when I go to the track. I think this is the way to go. The ET Streets knocked my 60' from 2.30's on street tires to a consistent 1.95

yup they sure do...my first few passes on sticky tires were in the 1.9s....1.7s should be simple

With DRs and stock gears I was pulling a best of 2.03 60' (out of 3 runs ever)....first pass with the gears, and also the first pass on the 285s, 60' went down to the above mentioned 1.909(hopping), and that was at a 3200RPM launch, 3500RPM blew the tires off on my 2nd run, 3rd run tried 3200 again and backed my 1st up with a 1.92 60'. Whats weord is I dont even hav any chasis upgrades like sub frames (verts come with sub frames from the factory) or LCA/UCA, nothing. PSI for my kumhos were set at 30. For some reason ALMOST EVERYONE else (DD bullitt guys up there too) couldnt hook at all and would just blow the tires off unless the were running slicks or DRs, and even then they still had traction problems...a 5.0 next to me ran a 12.40 and his 60' was 1.86 and was on slicks...sure he messed up, but the point was that it was easy to do so. Again, work on those 60's and you should be a mid/low 13 second car on street tires easy.

but for some reason i put nitto DRs on and managed to run an 8.608 with an 1.886 60, it was up in the high 80s or better that day tho, but im going out all suspension im just getting my parts in now, Steeda aluminum upper and lower control arms, steeda drag springs front and rear, KYB AGX adjustable shocks and struts, and bilstein quad shocks then we well see what happands my car still isnt hooking good even with the DRs and ive played with the air pressure ive tried 20, 17, and even 12 17 seems to be the best but the car still spins
