A few days changed the cover timing chain and OK . Now the serpentine belt only comes into the position A and should go in the position B (before worked reversed) and I have already done this several times perhaps a component movement?

updated. I hear a grinding upon starting the car. I have the serpentine belt earlier and remained weak, I tried and could not be placed, that is going on? all components were apparently in the same position, or maybe the bomb was wrong? because everything else takes a basis or can not be wrong place by mistake.
Which is the length of the belt? to get the best one a little bigger.
Attachment diagram of serpentine belt.

Take some pics of your pulley setup? Maybe something is out of place?
