Mystery vacuum line

On the passenger's side between the accumulator and the shock tower there is a rubber vacuum connection that is about 1 inch in diameter and has 5 lines coming from it going toward the engine. The 4 lines on the corners of this connector are intact but the one in the very center is broken off and I don't know where it is supposed to connect to. The connector resembles what a 4 cylinder distributor cap looks like, and the coil wire in the center would be the one that is broken off. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks-
Ted

I went out and looked at mine, but I had disconnected the center line your refering to years ago. From what I remember, it goes to part of the air pump system. Check the diverter valve and the hoses that run along the pass. side header area

The center vacuum line is white and goes to the smog pump diverter valve. It is located directly below the rubber intake air duct for the throttle body.
