When I bought the car it had a nasty vibration. You can feel it in the shifter around 3K rpm's and above in neutral. While driving it is worse at the same rpm's in first and second gear but seems to be less throughout 3th, 4th, and
5th.
Here is what I have replaced so far: Harmonic balancer, tranny mount, driveshaft.

These parts did help a lot but it is still there. Any thoughts??

Maybe the clutch lost some of its disk (missing chunks of fiber disc or metal parts broken spring fingers) and is now out of balance?

Engine runs great. Exhaust is fine. I'm sure it is in the tranny, but not sure what it could be. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this type of problem.

I guess I will pull the tranny and atleast check the clutch.

Seems like a good place to put this. When I'm traveling around 55 mph or higher, if I let off of the gas, I get a pretty good vibration. When I get back on to the gas, it smooths out. What do you all think?

Worn U-Joints or worn slip joint on drive shaft or worn ring gear and pinion.

There is a collar in the back of the tranny that will cause a vibration, you need to remove the driveshaft to check it though.
