Which is a better radiator, fluidyne or griffin or even the frpp radiator. i plan on having a high performance engine with a blower and need some incite in which radiator I should be looking at.
thanks
for a fox I would get a fluidyne if you have the money... if not the griffin is not a bad substitute. I have the FMS cobra radiator (3 core aluminum) and a 160 thermo. It doesnt go above 160 at idle and wont go above 190 no matter what... even if I drive it like i stole it for like 15 mins straight. I also have the FMS light blue high pressure silicone hose kit.
i got the griffen nascar style for $180 from summit.i also have one in my 69 ss nova, one friend has one in his 427 bill mitchell small block nova and another friend has one in his 72 chevelle.we've all had great luck with these plus we can't afford the expensive fluidyne or be cool units.they're great units too if price is no object.
