I'm about to put on some truck heads in my car because I dont want to have to pay to have my valves and seals redone. Budget is a huge issue.
So, has anyone done this to their car? From looking throught the net I have found that using truck cams can increase your lower end torque and HP which is exactly what my car needs desperatly. And that power wont suffer too much up top, maybe a few hp thats it. Trucks gotta keep speed up on the highway is what i figured.
Aslo since I'll be replacing my oil leaking heads will my gas mileage improve and HP? Since I wont be getting oil in the combustion chamber anymore?
I hope so cause guys my car would need about a quart a week.
And my car is SLOW! I'm serious my sisters 99 6 cylinder firebird can take me and she is only 19 I hate that
Also PLEASE GUYS DONT TELL ME TO SELL WHAT I GOT AND GO WITH PI CAMS OR HEADS PLEASE!!!!!!
