Ok guys,

My time has finally come for me to order a new motor.....I have it all picked out, and on either monday or tuesday i will place the order. It's a 302 w/forged pistions, and an E cam, and a set of AFR165 heads. i'm debating on ordering an intake, or was curious as to if i could find a good deal on a kenne bell, do u think it would pay to go that route over nitrous. The way I figured it, with the 500 i would spend on an intake, and the 500 for the nitrous, i thought that it would be better to put that money towards a supercharger. my questions though: Is an e-cam good w/a supercharger, does the KB come with a throttle body, and how would such a combo run. I want the kenne bell cuz of the instant boost, and would run it mainly on the street. any Ideas? And people with similar N/A combos, tell me how they run, and what other top end parts u have. i.e. throttle body,MAF, injectors...ect. thanks for all your help, i'll keep u updated.

what are you looking to pay?

I'll be looking to get a new 302 in a few months since it could possibly be cheaper than getting mine rebuilt and it will also come with a 3 year warranty from Ford.

The shortblock was $1600 w/forged pistons, e-303 cam, and the main girdle from Central Coast Mustang. I'm buying the AFR's seperately for 1300, and shipping on the shortblock is like $275. so by the time i'm done w/the longblock it's gonna be in the mid 3 range, but it should haul ass. then my buddy's LT1 will be in it's place.

Why don't you call Kenne Bell and ask him?
