Need advice, people who own kenne bell blowers

My 01 gt is almost done in the bodyshop, Got the whole cobra R bodykit on it and just finishing the paint, but I can't have a cobra R clone that is stock mustang everywhere else!

I am really interested the kenee bell blower but question is should I go with the 1.7 9 psi intercooled, or wait for the 2.2 to come out for the 2v engine.

and what kinds of times do you put down at the track and what other mods go along with it?

something to keep in mind, if you do wait for the 2.2, you WILL have to have a forged motor built. If you dont plan om getting forged internals, go w/ the #9 intercooled KB

Buying all new internals will start to get a little pricey for me, I am looking for about 400 hp to the rear wheels.

another question this is my first new mustang, I also have an 87 gt do I need subframes for the 5th gen mustang with that kind of power?

want to do the side pipes like the authentic cobra R but I'm thinking they will get in the way

If you're looking for 400rwhp, then the 9# intercooled KB is perfect for you. I wouldn't go any higher with stock internals though. You maybe pushing it a little with 400rwhp on those stock internals.
