Need answer FAST PLEASE!

Guys I really need to know about the oil pump gasket PLEASE. I have a lot to do and not much time to do it, I have finished everything this is all that is left. Is it okay for the gasket between the oil pump and block to have some oil on it or does it have to be dry. Keep in mind the gasket is new just got oily.

I don't see where a bit of oil on it or soaked
into it would hurt anything. It's going to
be exposed to oil from the pressure side anyway.

should be fine as long as its clean, no debris on it.
