OK MY friend wrecked his sn95 6 banger 3 weeks ago and we are going to go strip it now and take the following.
Rear axl shafts / brakes.
Front spindles ,calipers and rotors
Brake booster
master cylinder
Altenator and wires going to it
seats
Is there anything else i should be taking? And will all of this work for a 5 lug conversion on a Fox?

You never said the year of your friends car. Either way, the brake and seats will work. If it is from a 96+ car then the front spindles will widen the stock track width 8mm on each side. As for the rear, the sn95 axles are 3/4" longer on each side. The seats will bolt in since the floor pan is the same from 79-04 . Often times, the sn95 seats sit higher than the fox style. According to what I have seen/read, the alternator should work but I can't say I have done it.
