Ok i have a wc 162 t-5 for my 2.3, but iam doing the automatic to manual swap, will the driveshaft thats in my car now with the automatic tranny fit with my new t-5...thanks

No...

You either need a driveshaft from a 5 speed car, or the front yoke from a 5 speed driveshaft (at least I think that works).
