Need brake hose help...

i have lincoln rotors up front, but in the back im not sure... can anyone identify these?

sorry thats the closest pic i got so far. supposedly its lincoln brakes in the rear too?

anyways im replacing my brake hoses... do i get 89 mustang hoses or 87 lincoln hoses? what about the rear? the hose that connects from teh body to the rear axle i have a new SS line...
