Need either a quiet electric fuel pump or manual pump solution

FRPP 302 crate motor with the wider timing chain. The eccentric would not fit without hitting the timing chain cover. So... I installed a Holley Red electric pump which sounds like a blender crushing ice. I need either a quiet electric pump or some way to use a mechanical pump with the current timing chain, which would be too expensive to replace.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

I run a Purolator low pressure 30 gal/hr electric on my V8 Ranger. You can hear it run when the key's turned on, but when the truck is driven, you can't or it's just not noticeable. The exhaust is pretty quiet too. It's been enough pump to fully supply a three carbed, 400+hp 331. This pump was bought new at Advance Auto parts for around $25.
