Need exhaust help for my 1998 GT cat back system

I have a 1998 Mustang GT and I was wondering will 1999-2004 Mustang GT cat back system work on my car with stock h pipe if not what is the differ. between the two or what will i need to do to make the 1999-2004 cat back system work on my car the two exhaust systems I was looking at was SRS and SSS exhaust if that helps out thanks for the info

IIRC,its the exhaust hangers that are different.

Exhaust Help

So if I change the hangers it will bolt up and the pipes are bent same between the to years
