Need Head/cam Advice

A few things.
I don't think I've ever heard of a 78mm throttle body, since normally they come in multiples of 5mm. Most intakes will not accept more than a 75mm tb without porting and some don't even accept that.

A 4 inch mass air meter would be 101mm. Sounds unlikely.

Take a picture of the meter, tb and sensor and we will tell you what you have.
If you are measuring these items yourself, you have to go by the inner diameter.
Most of the time both list somewhere what they are on them.

Afr 165's or tw's are always a sure bet.

You will also need 24lb injectors, a 155lph fuel pump, stud mount 1.6 rockers, pushrods and arp head bolts.
A new ford racing time chain and water pump would also be wise while it's apart.

The money and parts add up quickly, so be prepared.
