Need Heavy Duty Throw Our bearing and pilot bearing

My tranny is gonna be pulled out of the car and 3rd gear rebuilt. I'm getting a spec stage 2 clutch installed for only $50 labor with flywheel resurfacing. While its out of the car I figure get a hd throw out bearing and pilot bearing. Or should I not. Labor isn't much on those 2 bearings right. Who sells them if any afternmarket etc.
