Need Help ASAP in Las Vegas

I'm looking at buying a car in Vegas. I am in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I need to find someone to either make a house call, or recommend a shop in or around Vegas. Preferably, someone Very Experienced to make a house call.. Compression test and general diagnostics of the car.
