need help bullet grille install

just got bullet grille for my 03 do i need to remove front bumper cover ?
if so can someone show me a write up
+ i got one with pony cut out how do i put hose on
OBTW no instructions + first time removing bumper on 99-04 car
purchased new from guy needed cash for $10

you dont remove the front bumper.

once you take out the mounts you can see on top, you can pull the whole grill forward just enough to reach the mounts on the bottom. then when you put the new one on you just put the bottom ones on first.

as for the horse I dont really know what your talking about. also you'll probly end up wanting something else after. the billet grills are kinda wierd. I put one on too when I first got my car but I'm gonna paint it black whenever I get around to it.
