it looks like that b/c of how the letters get there..... it is stamped which in turn streches the metal. From the looks of it , it is polished very well. OTOH, i am just glad no one here got ripped so far.

No matter what andy does it always seems to come out top notch so i am sure it'll look great.

Justin...your correct, its still has a gritty finish around the logo's....That cover was horrendous looking when I got it....cannot believe FRPP would put there name on such a pc of chit....The casted finish was comparable to painting it and throwing a handful on sand on it....My intention was to chuck the thing...
I asked Ken to see what he could do with it....having done my fair share of work on cleaning up Alum parts my guess is you could spend 5 hrs or more just TRYING to clean around the letters and horse...It came back 150% better than it left...

polishing isn't easy and thats why I opted to send it out....I got 3.5 hr's into it just cleaning up the where the paint was stripped , and many more to go to get it where I want it....:bang:

What you see is what you get pretty much....do something on the cover and bolt the mother down...I had like 30 freakin hours into my 93 Cobra upper just in prep/paint...I ain't going there on this one...least I hope not...:D

Back from the dead...SURPRISE..no arrival of intake. My patience has reached an end, anyone knowing how I can contact "ken" please let me know. This guy has worn me down...and that's not easy to do.

nobody send me pm's here.....didn't know it was full, My corral account is wacked right now. :shrug:

condensor was picked up by DHL friday, i have a invoice, but don't think it has any kind of track # on it? Why didn't you send me an e-mail once you got no reply.... you go my e-mail addy , you paypaled the money:D

I don't know if a reply here was meant to mean anything or not:rolleyes:

just a common criminal...

Ken STILL OWES ME a polished alternator or ALL of My $$$ I have already started the process persueing legal action. absolutly unbelieveable the "sob stories"/excuses I have received but still no product or money. Luckily I paid him through PAyPAl which does not take FRAUD lightly...:owned: :lock:
