Need help locating a part

I am having troubles finding a part for my ‘96 4.6L, not sure exactly what it is called but it is a separate part that bolts the block which the oil pressure sending unit mounts to along with the lower rad hose and oil filter.

The oil pressure sending unit blew clean out of this part and I can’t find a used one to replace it with. Does any one have any suggestions?

BTW I live in Canada so Canadian sources would be great but I am not opposed to ordering from the US.

its a oil filter housing and there are 2 types, wth or wthout and engine oil cooler, all DOHC's and most SOHC's wth automatics had the oil cooler. 1999 and 2000 will be different but 1996 to 1998 and 2001 to 2004 will work, just don't forget to get a new gasket. if you want new, I can supply you wth it but it will be $$

How much$$? Not looking for anything for free just need to find one.

This is actually for a 1996 Thunderbird w/ auto and 4.6. Already have the gasket.

Thunderbird part is the same as that for a 96-98 mustang 4.6 and the Lincoln Mark V??
