I'm switching out to PI cams in my 98 the cams are 2002 up cams No press on gears... but the bolts to bolt on gears seem to be a diffrent size?? and do I need some kind of bushing?? I'm getting this info from the mechanic who is working on the car tonight as week speak. I also am having a livernois kit put on and he said that there is only one set of gaskets in the kit... should there be a gasket on the top and bottom of the intake spacers??? any help fast would be appreciated!

Yes the bolts are different. Use new bolts when the cam swap is done. Also make sure the spacer is on the new PI cams for the installation.
The Livernois kit only comes with one set of gaskets (PI). You can reuse your old ones. Just be careful when taking them off.

I suggest you install some new NPI intake gaskets rather than re-use the old ones (and no flame intended to "kboy262"!!). You can re-use them but they are cheap to replace and it is going to be a big pain to change them if you find a vacuum leak at start-up.

The cam bolts are torque-to-yield so they are a "use once" type of bolt. ARP makes some fine cam bolts (ARP p/n 206-1001) that can be re-used, if you want to go that route.
