I got some new bulbs to put in my fog lights on 03 gt. Cant get enough room/grip to put the new ones in. I can slide them in the groove but cant turn them. The opening is just to small. I'm afraid to put some needle nose on them cause i might break them. I've tried to pull the whole assembly out but cant pulled the screw out that was the adjuster from the front and the screw the goes to the bottom of the bumper. It only moves a little bit. This is almost as much of a bitch as the mach 1 grille delete.

So anybody have any ideas or tricks.

Josh

Take the bumper off. There's only a few screws holding it on, and you'll have a hella easier time doing the fogs.

My hand got all chewed up trying to fugg with it from underneath the car

Sounds like you might have the wrong bulbs.

There the right bulbs. The stock ones were really snug. Once you turn them out of the groove, you have to pull pretty hard to pull them out. Yeah I guess I can pull the bumper.

Seems like theres a better way to put bulbs in besides pulling the bumper.

The bulbs should come out, attached to the pigtail, when you turn the plug 90 degress and remove it from the fog light housing. There should be plenty of slack to pull the pigtail back and work with it. No need to remove the lense just to change a bulb.
