I got the Cervini's 1995 Cobra R hood to clear my blower. I love the way it looks!

Well, I am still torn on a hood. I was going to get the VFiber from AM but it needs prep work done so I was thinking that would be an additional 1-2 hundred dollars which would put in the price range of Cervinis hood(which comes ready to paint)

So, now I am stuck on Cervinis or the HO Fibertrends hood. From what I have read, the HO Fibertrend it just as good as the Cervinis, only difference is the Cervinis is finished on the underside. Which I would be painting the same color as my car anyways so if I go with the HO, it would not look all that bad.

My only concern with the HO hood is that in all the pics I have seen, it looks a little bigger(taller)then all the other 2.5" hoods like cervinis, steeda ect. Not sure how it would look on my car.
So, what do you guys think

Cervinis or HO Fibertrends?
Cost for Cervinis would be about $560, HO Fibertrends $510.

Is the Cervinis hood open in the back? I know the HO hood it comes closed, but they will make it open free of charge, which I want it opened.

The Cervini's hood is a "real" cowl induction hood. It is open in the back (where it meets the cowl) and has a mesh covering the openings. It's very nice; my hood looks to be of higher quality than my OEM hood.

It will be a little more expensive ordering directly from them, no
Threw AM, it will be about $550(with discount) with free shipping. Plus, I like to help out the "little guys" as much as I can

Yes, call them. And to the "ass pimple" comment; I've never heard that one before!
