hey everyone i need help to identify these headers. Im wanting to do a gt40p head swap, and i want to know if these headers will fit. Thanks!

haha i live near the gulf ...everything rust here.. are these mac headers?

Equal length something..Mac's would be individual tubes at the head, not one solid flange front to back me thinks.

BBK shorties unequal lengths fit on my 89 with gt40p heads

these are the headers i have installed on my car...im thinking these headers will not fit gt40p heads

I had headers that looked similar to that when I did my last GT40p swap, and they were not even close to fitting...Invest in some Ford Racing shorties

yea thats what ive been told..that these headers are either PITA or dont fit..

Those are not MAC equals. I can only help you that much.

Don't even consider any other header than the FRPP shorties for P heads. I picked up a set with 500 miles on them for $150. The quality and fit are great along without burning my plug wires.

The are definitely some type of equal length. Not many people make equal lengths. But yea the probably wont fit, if they do you will need to make custom wires with 90* boots at the end and need to remove the headers when you want to change plugs. The best headers for gt40p heads are the frpp headers. I have MAC long tubes on my gt40p heads and they work but I need the wires with 90* boots and the spark plugs are not coming out without removing the headers.

so the Frpp headers wont directly bolt up to my existing set up??

Corpus is fun, but not a big racing scene down here..

there are p specific headers made by frpp. thats what you need
