hi guys i bought 2000 mustang 3.8L i dont have it running yet but i noticed there was 2 spots that look like missing a vacuum hose so 1st question i have is what is this plastic module which is the 1st 2 pictures and the 3rd picture is the spot i think it connects to but im not sure.

Plastic module could be a number of thing depending on location and upgrades... is it attacted in both ends? I do believe that if where the hose would go
