Need help with a coolant leak

I was leaving work (a hard day on Stangnet) and I seen some antifreeze under my car like a fairley big puddle. I rolled the car back (not running)and looked under and more dripped out. I checked the rad and it was full. Started it up and on my way home the low coolant light comes on.made it home ok. I poped the hood couldn't really see anything looked under the car with my blue neon keychain light (works good for finding coolant) and seen some coolant right around the firewall. Looked under the hood and found the leak. It was right under the 2 lines that go to the heatercore about 6-8 inches under them almost right behind where the stock shorty's connect to the pipe on the passenger side. Does anyone know if there is supposed to be another hose there or somthing I couldn't really see it was getting dark but it looked like somthing should be there. Any ideas.

So the leak is not comming from the heater hoses? It could be the intake gasket or even the head. Chances are it's the hoses.

Just found out it was the weep hole for when your heater core takes a ***** :damnit: Ohwell I guess I will be changing a H/C tomorrow but I don't have A/C so they say it's an easy one.

yup thats definetly a heater core. I belive on all of the ones without ac you just have to take the glovebox out one brace then you can take the cover for the core off and pull it right out. Thats how it was on mine anyways.

Thanks guys car is going in storage in a couple weeks so I am just going to bypass the h/c for now and change the core in the spring. No A/C so hopefully all goes as easy as I've been told.
