Look at the rad support, on the upper right hand side should be a metal buck tag with the info you are looking for. It will be stamped CB for Cobra II or KC or KING for King CObra.

And if the tag isn't on the top section of the support, San Jose-built cars usually have the buck tag nearer the bottom of the rad...
