Need help with next mods.

I was looking for some help on what mods I should perform next. I own a 1990 GT 3300 Lbs, mac cold air intake, dual flowmasters, stormin norman hood.stock gears.rest is stock .
This is what i want to do . I want to run in the 13.70 range without opening my motor or changing intakes. I primarily want to play with bolt ons, chips,tb,mafno cams.what are your sugestions?

I WOULD GO WITH A 3:73 AND TFS STG 1 CAMSHAFT AFR 185 ALUMINUM HEADS TOPPED OFF WITH A GOOD OL PERFORMER RPM 2 INTAKE AND THE SMALL STUFF LIKE INJECTORS MASS AIR

i saw a guy at the track awhile back running mid 13s with 3:73s, CAI, electric fan, underdrives, a good tune up, fpr, and decent street tires. you stole my avatar dude..
