hey guys I found a set of used fr500s they are 17x9 and 17x10. I've never seen a set 0f 17x10's im concerned about the offset in the rear since the fronts look fine. They were still on the car (lexus SC300) so I couldn't measure backspace which is why I'm trying to find out the manufacturer.
anyways here are the pics:

those replicas were never made in 17x10. They came in 17x10.5 and an 18x10 respectively. I have 17x10.5's with 335 tires under my mustang and while its doeable is a huge PITA and really hampers cornering.
Those tires are way too small for those rims and it looks like he hosed his fenders trying to roll them.

yeah he has 245/45 on the rear which I will be changing to at least 275/40 but may be using 315's depending on how much room is there with the 275's ill be able to test 315's off my brothers 01 Gt when he gets them in a few months. and yeah you should have seen it in person i think he tried using a baseball bat or something

thats a good write up. only thing I can add is that this is a PITA and you are not going to be done on the first try. I probably have about 12 hours wrapped up just pounding and fitting and then doing it all over again. The only problem area I had was the shock tower. That bit is hard to shrink just due to its general shape.
