Well, I ripped out the carpet and have everything almost ready to use Por15 on the floorpan but I can't get the e-brake out. The tension on the cable is to great so when I unbolt it it jerks back against the opening in the floorpan. Also the box (Sorry, don't know what it does to specify) behind the e-brakeis riveted to the floorpan. How am I supposed to get that out? Any help would be appreciated, I'm stuck on this and would like some input before I go messing stuff up.

. Hopefully it wont be to bad once I comandere a jack. I unfortunatley don't own a garage and I'm having to work on a gravel driveway.
