I got the heads on today and fired it up and right away it sounded like I had no exhaust on the car so I go up and air is just coming out the back of the heads. I think this is where the EGR hooked up at. To they make plugs for these? I am having trouble finding a bolt to put in this not a little hole. IT is some odd ball size

It is where the air pump plumbing connected. Ford makes plugs for them that are really cheap. Call your local Ford dealer.

Correct. They are threaded on the outside and inside but smaller (obviously) for accessories or tranny dipstick tube holder or........whatever. I believe they come from Ford with Lok tite on the exterior threads too

Incidentally they are 14X1.5mm for a quick fix you could pick up some oil pan drain plugs in thisthread/ pitch, or for a really quick and dirty fix the spark plugs for your late model heads should also work nicely

If your talking about the thermactor plugs, Summit carries Trick-Flow plugs.
Part number TFS-51400265. They are $2.99 each. I have heard that Ford dealers have them much cheaper.

So the old plugs will work in there. Nice I should gain about 12hp off of that right. Thanks for the size and the idea of the plugs. I will see if the plugs fit.
