Drill them out, drill a new oversize hole, tap it, and use a new bolt is the only thing I can say....

are the threads striped or is it the head of the bolts that are striped? if it the heads on the bolts just use a good set of vice grips !your going to have to replace them anyway so use whatever you can to get a good strong grip on them and get them out!

Yeah, I think specification on whether it's the threads or the top of the bolt that strips would help. I would however try this first, take some WD-40 or other penetrating lube like PB blaster etc....spray it heavily around the bolt let it sit for 10-15 minutes and try and take them off. If it's the top of the bolt, using a vice grip or something similiar would help, if not try a breaker bar if you haven't already. If it's the threads that are strip, then best is to drill it out or if everything else isn't working. Don't drill unless you eliminated other possibilities.
