Need Help??

I still have a problem with my idel on cold start ups. When I first start my car the idel jumps up and then idels really rough and dies. Then most of the time when I start it the second time it's fine. I cleaned the IAC but it still does it. Someone told me to clean the MAF wires but I'm affraid of breaking them. I thought of trying to adjust the TPS but I thought it was not adjustable on my 2000 GT. Any ideas?? Thanks All!!

My car did something similar other than starting a second time and being ok. It turned out to be the fuel pump control module. I would plug in a code scanner and see what codes if any the computer throws up.

Check the codes on my car and the only thing I get is a fault oil pressure switch. My car did it again when I fired it up this morning. This is pissing me off. I think I'm gonna go and buy a new TPS. Hope that works.

spray a little electrical/ or brake cleaner on the maf wires abd blow them off w/ an air blow gun w/ only a little pressure. don't run out and buy tps. also put your stock maf back on and see if it still does it
