Need Help

i have just finished installing a new clutch kit and have it all finished up and when i went to start the car there was a loud knocking noise coming from the transmission and it is very difficult to shift into certain gears. Anyone kno whats wrong or how to fix it?

you probally droped somthing down the shifter tunnel when it was apart. and if that happend you might as well find a dumpster to put your trans in.
