I might be trading a bunch of stock parts and such for a MSD 6 BTM with a MSD 2-step rev controller and a MSD Adjustable spark timing controll. No instructions included. I am interested in this because I probally will be spraying or blowing this next motor. I think I can figure out how it all wires up, but I want to be sure.

MSD 6 BTM: The heavy red goes to a constant positive, the large black is ground, the smaller black goes to the negative side of the coil and orange goes to the positive side of the coil, the smaller red goes to switched power (acc), the white goes to the yellow on the timing controller.

Timing controller: I'm not sure on this one. The small black is ground, the red is probally switched positive or constant?, the yellow goes to white wire MSD box, but what about the white wire on the timing controller?

MSD 2-Step: Black is ground, red positive, but constant or swiched is the question and the plug goes to the other plug of the MSD BTM that isn't for the the tach? how is a 2 step activated and such?

Your help would be apreciated.

I have never used the BTM box, so I can't help you there. The 2 step can be activated with a momentary switch or a micro switch. I like the momentary switch like those on the T-handles from Hurst, but I have seen some with a micro switch right behind the clutch pedal. When the clutch pedal is pressed all the way in the micro switch is activated, as soon as the pedal is let go the switch is deactivated.
