need info on t5 rebuild kits please

i have a 89 gt 5spd. im going to be rebuilding the stock t5 and was wondering if anyone knew of a good rebuild kit that would give it stronger internals. thanks

None of the rebuild kits come with the internals. Those are hard parts.

The rebuild kits all come with the wear items like synchro blocker rings, sychro springs, bearings and bushings.

If you want the stronger internals, you'll need to fork up additional cash for the 90-93 cluster shaft and 2nd and 3rd gear or for the 2.95 super alloy gearset. They are not cheap

check out g-force transmissions. i believe they have a kit thats just over a grand that comes with all the main gears...except 5th

definitely go with the g-force. i think their t-5 kit is rated at 600 ft lbs
