need link to that front plate thing that doesent require holes

im getting ready to repaint my front bumper, and i need the link to that bracket that mounts underneath that is girthy enough to hold the plate still. im thinking about mounting it pretty low on the front bumper, or in the stock location. i think mustang5l5 is who posted it. thanks guys.
