Subject: Need measurements for GT/CS Hood scoop install!!
I bought a Ford Factory GT/CS hoodscoop and I need the install measurements, and I need the distance from the back of the rear hood lip to the back of the hoodscoop. The install instructions say the distance is from 8 inches to 8 1/2 inches. I'D LIKE TO GET AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT FROM AN ACTUAL GT/CS CAR.
Could someone please go out with a ruler or tape measure and measure the distance from the back of the hood to the back of where the rear part of the hoodscoop begins? It will only take two seconds...ok, maybe five seconds...lol.
Please be as accurate as possible..
