Need mental help posting pics please

I just dont get it, how do you guys post those pics without going to
"manage attachments"
I was told how to do it before but I guess im just stupid. Please help.

The images are on another server, and you can post them by taking the url of the picture, and using vbulletin code "

" tags inbetween the url.
