need more help with tags

Hello all again. As some of you might now I'm building a 66 mustang gt and at 1 swap meet got kinda burnt on a 66 carb now I need to know more info (I learning and Im kinda slow haha) and I saw this tag on a 289 and was wondering what all it meant....... it was a metal tag bolted down on the intake manifold

289 C 66 10
6-D 236-S(could be 5)
C60E-9425-A
