Need some Combustion Chamber Info

Due to my engine losing compression in #4, I will be building a new combo for my daily driver. I have been parts collecting in the local yards, but I still need to know what some details are.
The motor will be converted to boost, so if I have to pull the block one of my turbo blocks will go back in the car. I doubt I will boost it on this build though.

Here is what I need to know...
Piston bore diameter (turbo block)_________3.7810"
Piston diameter (turbo block)_____________3.7776"
Piston dish volume (turbo pistons)
Chamber volume (turbo head)
Chamber volume (ranger n/a head)
Height to first piston ring (turbo piston)

Compressed Head Gasket thickness
Head Gasket bore diameter
Recommended part number for turbo head gasket

I realize this is alot of detail, but I appreciate any help.
I will post what info I find

Most piston companies already have all this info...what are you hoping to accomplish with this info?

Who made the stock Ford Turbo pistons?
