Were dowels replaced in flywheel?
I've heard if they're not located correctly you'll have vibration. Although I suppose you need them to locate PP. just a thought

Just a question... What do you got now? Personally i'd go with a steel flywheel.

Don't use an aluminum. You need the extra weight of a steel flywheel.

I don't know how bad your car is vibrating but I've heard going to a poly trans mount could make you feel more vibrations. When I switched to solid motor mounts I noticed a lot more rattles in the car. It may not be your problem but its just a thought.

For all the ques, ford racing billit steel flywheel, and the vibration as bad or worse then a u joint vibration but it doesn't matter if im in neutral in gear ,driving ,clutch disengage ,engaged every gear the vibration come in at the same rpm and get worse as rpm increase and balancer looks good and no vibration before clutch and flywheel install

Just a run through. You have a pilot bearing, your clutch, bell housing, tranny, and crossmember torqued down to specs? A good transmission mount tightened down. Driveshaft torqued to specs. If you didn't have problems before you did your clutch job, it must be something you did. I would double check everything.
